Meet Nancy Pettiette, our patient relations manager

Nancy Pettiette, Dr. Rappaport's patient relations manager, will make you feel comfortable from the moment you call or visit our office. Nancy will help you throughout your care at the Houston Center for Plastic Surgery, answering your non-medical questions, monitoring your progress and ensuring that every detail is covered in helping you achieve your aesthetic goals.

Nancy's personable, outgoing nature and experience in counseling and guidance make her an integral part of our care team.

“I think of my approach as the four Cs—caring, consistency, communication and competence,” she explains. Nancy has a diverse educational background and experience in many volunteer positions in Houston. The skills she honed as an education administrator serve her well in Dr. Rappaport's practice.

“Our team approach at Houston Center for Plastic Surgery is based on a willingness to listen, share information, show respect, and give advice and professional guidance to every patient,” says Nancy. “We become your friend, and at the end of the process, we often become as close as family.

Nancy has two master of arts degrees: one in childhood education from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana, and one in school administration from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas. She also holds a bachelor of arts degree in education from Ball State University.

“I'm proud to call Houston home,” says Nancy, who moved to Texas from Indiana in 1984, “and I really enjoy working with Dr. Rappaport, his staff and patients.”
